This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting the Abbotsford area! The house is incredibly clean, comfortable, and stocked with most typical amenities you could need during a trip. The added snacks provided by the host were a really nice touch. The location felt very safe and offered quick access to all major routes. It was wonderful to start each morning with a walk, given the great mix of paths, lovely scenery, and hills to climb right outside the door. Preet is an excellent host who provides fast, responsive communication from booking all the way through to checkout. The entire process was completely seamless, and we would love to stay here again! The only minor feedback was the $100 cleaning fee felt a bit steep, especially considering our short stay and the requested checkout procedures (such as stripping the beds, taking out the garbage, and turning off the climate control). Overall, still a highly recommended 5-star experience!

Everything was great! And it was closer to the event we were in abbotsford for and less than half the price of the hotel we were planning on staying in! The host responded quickly to all my questions and my daughter didnt have to sleep in the same room as me! 5 stars!

4 adults stayed - the property was clean, beds are comfortable, parking was good and the communication was great with host.
