⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~7+ ft depth) Winter (~5+ ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Lake Girl Boat Rentals on Lake Norman. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets, 2 paddleboard, and 2+ kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.
🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!
⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.
🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).
🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125 per pet. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Cameras are fixed at each entrance of the home - for liability and security purposes only.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.

Our stay at this lakefront property was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the home had been thoughtfully prepared to provide guests with a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and accurately reflects its listing. Every area of the house was organized and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable, and ideal for both relaxing and spending quality time together as a group.The location is another outstanding feature. Being close to the lake provided beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect setting to unwind while also enjoying outdoor activities. The surroundings are quiet, well-kept, and offer an excellent balance of privacy and convenience.Our group had a wonderful time creating lasting memories. The property exceeded our expectations in every respect, offering both comfort and functionality. This property was superb. It was exactly as described. It had all the amenities as stated and very well stocked. It is situated on a quiet and peaceful cove. We rented a boat and the dock was very useful and in good condition. The home was very clean. The only issue we had was that we were 9 adults and the bunk beds are stacked 3 high. They are useful for only small children as the space on each bed was very limited. Therefore, we really only had 3 bedrooms instead of 4.

We celebrated our 30th Anniversary in this lovely home on the water. Everything we needed was available, even for our dog. Lots of fun in the game room, easy access to anything to use for cooking and my husband enjoyed kayaking. Very private and quiet. We both highly recommend this Vrbo.
