Welcome to Gästehaus Marianne in Farchant! This charming apartment is located in a lovingly restored house over 300 years old, furnished in traditional Alpine style. The cozy atmosphere and authentic décor create a special holiday setting for those who appreciate the original Bavaria.



The apartment offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and features a shared terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the peace of nature. Wi-Fi is, of course, available to you.



The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and dishes. Please note there is no microwave or dishwasher – the kitchen is intentionally classic but still provides everything you need to prepare meals.



The central location in Farchant is ideal for trips to the Zugspitze region, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, or the many hiking trails and local attractions.



Please note that, due to the historic architecture and layout, the apartment is not fully accessible for guests with limited mobility.
