Originally I was thrown off because it was run by a reality company but once I figure out the extras like paying for linens, and bed making, and early entry services it was okay. The master was decent size. The 2nd guest room was pretty small and very limited closet space but good at keeping sound out. The kids slept in the bunkbed room. I had a 4 year old and 17 month old. I could fit my travel pack & play (smaller than full size) in the room with bunk beds. It did block the closet. Kitchen had more than enough kitchen ware to cook, eat, and enjoy. We loved the pool. The beach is close by but know it is a walk and the beach stairs stop so you are walking through sand. My parents were older and had a harder time traversing the path. We did go to the beach near the Avon Pier to give them a break. Avon pier is free parking and less than 5 mins away. Save your self time and grab foodlion togo order. The grocery store is crazy on sat when most people arrive.
We truly enjoyed our time and having this home bring us new beach memories. We would go again and rent again.
