Tastefully decorated and appointed, this centrally located single story two bedroom villa offers a fantastic view of the beautiful Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. Enjoy this view from the fabulous all-windows Carolina room or the back patio. The master bedroom suite features a Sleep Number bed and the guest bedroom has a queen plus a twin. There is a day bed in the Carolina room as well, offering a great place to curl up with a book or additional sleeping space if needed. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee. Please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Ceramic tile throughout ensures the best in cleanliness, even though we allow guests to bring their pet with. There is no more dog friendly spot in the South than HHI! As with all of our properties, guests enjoy free high speed internet, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 free bikes for exploring all of Sea Pines, as well as a membership pass to Breakthrough Fitness for all guests.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina.
