➞ The small garden is a shared area with outdoor furniture provide space to relax.
Other things to note
➞ The terrain of the entire house is higher in the front than in the rear. From the front of the house, it's two stories, and from the back side ,it's three stories.
➞ The home has two entrances and is split into 2 separate listings. This listing includes the bottom floor only. Guests staying in the upper level have a separate entrance and will not have access to the bottom unit.
➞ During your stay, there might be some stepping noise from upper unit given its old structure. We provide ear plugs for guests who are sensitive to noise.
➞The couch in living room is not a sofa bed. However, it can be sleep comfortably.
➞ The floor of the home is polished concrete which is a modern industrial style design.
➞ There are two tandem parking spaces. There is also free street parking but is limited to 2 hours from Monday-Friday 7am - 8pm but you can park on street freely outside these timings EXCEPT Husky Game Day.
➞ The backyard is a shared area.
➞ All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.
➞ Well-trained pets are welcome here! Please note that we strictly do not allow pets on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
➞ Please let us know in your booking message that you will be bringing pets.
➞ A $50/pet one-time cleaning fee will be assessed which will cover your entire trip.
➞ Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture/throws resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly.
➞ Please clean up after your pets.
➞ There will be a few hot days in summer and we don't have AC for cooling. We do have fans.

I had the pleasure of staying here for a little over a week during grad week at UW. I know I'm going to forget a lot here in my review because it was just an amazing week that felt like I was at home. I will start by saying communication with our host was top notch. I knew exactly what to expect with check-in & out. Any question I had was answered quickly.The location was exceptional, especially if you are visiting UW. Visiting your Husky? Here for orientation or to tour campus? Here for a football game? It's all walkable!! We found the home (basement apt) to be comfortable, cozy and enjoyable! The grounds were well maintained. Super fun to hang out with a glass of wine in the backyard.We did not have the opportunity to cook because there are so many amazing restaurants around here. Overall... charming, clean and a great location!!!
