Great location because it was within walking distance to many restaurants.
The unit interior was clean, but the outdoor patios were dirty. Not that big deal to clean them myself.

We did not realize that the rental was a 6 level/64 plus stair townhouse and the place needed a major cleaning

We enjoyed how spacious this townhouse was, and the layout was perfect for a group of friends. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was lovely, and its location being walking distance from downtown was great. However, this space does need some TLC. It was noticed cleaning is not a priority as the space had dirty windows, walls, light fixtures and baseboards. Some furniture was stained, bedding was torn, and a lot of the walls were very marked up. We also found random spoons in a closet and on a light fixture. Overall, this space could have been an excellent stay if more pride was taken to ensure the unit was in good condition. Props to the owner for being quick to respond when a minor issue arose upon arrival.
