This spacious two-story home offers over 4,000 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms on each level—ideal for large families or groups traveling together. The second floor features a beautifully updated kitchen with quartz countertops, an open-concept living and dining area, and amazing ocean views.
On the ground level, guests can unwind in the casual recreation space complete with a ping pong table and TV—perfect for a little friendly competition after a day at the beach.

A Few Things to Know:
The private boardwalk takes you about ¾ of the way to the beach—the last stretch is a short sandy path.
Please don’t park on either side of the house (there are septic tanks) or on Palm Blvd, as IOP police do ticket. Parking is available behind the half brick wall.

We held a family reunion on isle of palms. The house has 8 bedrooms and was a perfect size for us The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glasses etc and there were plenty of seating for meals and living room chairs. The beach access was great and the screened porch a perfect place for morning coffee. The downstairs was cool and had an extra fridge which came in handy Weloved our stay and would love to come back for more fun in the sun The Island realty folk were very responsive and easy to deal with

Our family enjoys IOP several times per year. We have stayed in multiple homes and picked an ocean front this year even though it was an older home. This home needs some attention. Upstairs AC could not keep up so maintenance had to bring a portable AC. Outside of house and porches were nasty dirty. We loved the layout and ping pong table. If bathrooms were updated and porches cleaned, we would come back.
