Our home was just completed, new construction features one bedroom and one bathroom. Only steps away from the Max/Train-experience Portland like a native rather than a visitor. A two minute walk puts you in Kenton Historical District with plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants, and a beautiful park.

The pictures in this posting are for unit #2 which is on ground level, so NO stairs are required. This unit has one bedroom, one bathroom, a complete kitchen, and sectional sofa.

The kitchen is new with quartz counter tops, custom cabinets, stainless appliances. The bathroom is large and one features an elegant walk in shower with tile surround. The bedroom is furnished with a new queen size mattress w/linens.

This apartment will comfortably fits 2 guests at one time, but should you require to sleep 4 we do offer an air mattress for the living room.
