There is a bathroom with a large shower and two sinks, and a separate toilet. The large living room has a sofa, armchair, and pool table. On the first floor, there is a dining room with a sitting area and four armchairs, another dining room, and a separate kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, and both capsule and filter coffee makers). In front of the house is a 10m² terrace with garden furniture. Inside the garden is a swing with mosquito net and sun loungers. To the south is a terrace with an awning, accessible via steps from the garden. A built-in barbecue is available, with vine cuttings or grapevines provided. Tennis is available free of charge (reservations required at the Town Hall), and a pétanque court is located next door, 500m away. A sports and leisure center covering 38.5 hectares is 3km away in La Cadie, offering fishing and a restaurant. Canoeing is available in Pessac-sur-Dordogne and Castillon. Saint-Émilion is 15km away, and Libourne, with its market, is 23km away.
