The host Larry was a pleasure to work with and was also at the house if we had an issue if he wasn’t his wife Rose on the phone right away! Rooms were clean the beds were comfortable, Kitchen was clean and very well stocked with anything that you would need for your own kitchen! Did not use the hot tub!

Our family of 14, including 6 children aged 1-7, had an absolutely amazing time staying here. Plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and all was very clean. The host was always quick to respond to all our questions. We especially loved being close to the ocean and enjoyed so many incredible moments together in the sun, sand and water. The ocean front was full of families, but never over crowded. Sunsets on the beach will forever be stamped in our memories early morning boogie boarding was a hit! The pool and hot tub were such a perfect addition to the house! We all had so much fun swimming and playing together! Many of the little ones are much more comfortable in the water now! Highly recommend his property for big families with kids- you won’t be disappointed. The only hard thing was leaving

The house was great for our large group. We had plenty of room and bathrooms. The private pool was key for the children. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and was super helpful. We will definitely stay again.

The house was not within close proximity to the beach plus there was no beach equipment eg. chairs, umbrellas or coolers. The hot tub needs to be replaced as well as many of the major appliances eg. stove, refrigerator (we never had enough ice for drinks etc.) the house was loaded with cockroaches and the flies were terrible. They were at the pool and in the house , very annoying. Would not rent again!
