The convenience of this house location to activities in Nashville can’t be beat! It was easy to get to all of the attractions! We highly recommend taking a Food Tour and SpeakEasy Tour if you get the chance. Regarding the house itself, it was clean upon arrival and there is ample space & beds for a large group…we had 9 adults plus an infant. Shower essentials were provided in the showers, but hand soap and number of hand towels at each sink were lacking. Unfortunately, there weren’t a sufficient number of bath linens for a group our size & we didn’t find any kitchen towels or dishcloths anywhere….we relied on paper towels in the kitchen. The owners were contacted about bathroom linens and additional wash cloths/hand towels were delivered later that day. We found the owners to be easy to contact & attentive to the few issues we encountered, including having a brand new pack ‘n play delivered for the baby on the night we arrived (no travel crib as listed on VRBO could be found) The mattresses clearly need to be replaced on most if not all of the king/queen beds. You couldn’t move in the king bed in the master bedroom without waking the other person due to the noise the mattress made. The floors could also use a good cleaning throughout the house. Overall, for our purposes and length of stay (long weekend), the house served us well so we gave it 4 stars.

We had an awesome time at this home. It had everything we needed and more. If we had questions they were answered immediately. The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and there was more than enough room for all. We would definitely recommend this home and would consider renting it again.

The property is nice. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. It’s within 10-15 minutes of everything around Nashville. The bathroom upstairs could use a shower liner and needs some upkeep done.
