Our villa is located in the western part of the island, on the north coast in the beautiful village of Plaka, which stands on a hill and offers breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. The center of Plaka, located only 300 m from the house, is typical of the Cretan villages. There are many family taverns, and a small supermarket. The villa is located on the main road between Almyrida and Plaka, you can access the beach and the village of Almyrida located 400m. Here you will find sandy beaches and crystal clear water as well as excellent seaside taverns and cafeterias.
The house is located 25 minutes from the city of Chania and 35 minutes from the airport.
The villa is composed of four bedrooms each with a separate balcony. It has two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with single beds. There are three bathrooms. All of these rooms are connected to a common room, where you can relax together at night with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc ... This large open living space also gives access to a large balcony, with stunning views of the sea and the mountain, from where you can watch the sunset, which sets directly in the sea. The villa has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a relaxing lounge. The villa has a private pool with sea views and a rest area next door.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the local village. The village has two supermarkets that covered almost all of our needs, and there’s a larger supermarket in the next town with a fresh meat counter and an even wider selection.Every bedroom had its own balcony with stunning views of the mountains and Almyrida. It was the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset each evening.The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the spacious barbecue area at the back of the property was ideal for outdoor cooking.Kinga was incredibly friendly, spoke excellent English, and went above and beyond to help us. When our flight was cancelled, she even drove a hungry teenager to the local village to get some food, which we really appreciated.

The villa has the most stunning views from both the house and the pool, is very well located for both the beach in Almyrida and the shops and restaurants of Plaka, especially the Emerald, and is very well equipped for self catering. It was very comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely stay enjoying days by the beach and excursions to Heracleion, Rhythmnon, Chania, the Imbros gorge and lake Kournas. I loved the coastal walk past villa Panorama. Thank you.

Everything was great. Do ask about how to turn on the water heater.
Views are fantastic. Great restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Well equipped, lovely views, great wi fi, comfortable beds, excellent air con. Pool is ok. Almydrida beach is a good sandy beach with lots of tavernas and sun beds. Only down side is that its too far and steep to walk to to.
