This spacious and comfortable villa, facing south, has about 390 m2 of living space on three floors.

Spacious glazed living rooms facing the sea - living room, dining room, kitchen with access to a large terrace are located on the middle floor with an area of about 150 m2. On the same floor there is also a separate toilet and a study. There is a pool table in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with household appliances and dishes. From the dining room and the living room there is access to a large terrace facing the sea, where there is a grill and a large table with chairs as an outdoor dining room.

On the upper floor of 140 m2 there are 4 bedrooms, two of which are master rooms with access to a large terrace. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and a fantastic view of the sea.

Vela Rašoha Bay is located on the island of Korčula. The island of Korčula is located in southern Dalmatia. This 46 km long island with 182 km of coastline with numerous bays is the sixth largest Adriatic island. By population (about 16,000) it is the second largest island in the Adriatic. The island has a mild Mediterranean climate with an average of about 3000 hours of sunshine per year, making it the sunniest area in Croatia. So you can enjoy nice weather and warm sea for most of the year. The average summer temperature is 26.9°C, water temperature 26°C. Korčula is also one of the most wooded islands in the Adriatic.

The town of Korčula is one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean, with city walls from the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries that were built around the old town. The town was mentioned as early as the 10th century (Constantine Porphyrogenitus). The regularity of the street layout of the town of Korčula is unique in the Mediterranean, reminiscent of a fishbone
Famous sailors and merchants Marco Polo was born in Korčula in 1254. The town has numerous historical sights (St. Mark's Cathedral with a rich treasury, city walls with towers, city hall, Marco Polo's birthplace, etc.).

Vela Luka is the largest town on the island, 18 km from the villa. The town has numerous shops, a shopping center, numerous restaurants with a rich offer of Mediterranean specialties and local wines that are world famous. In the summer, there are many cultural and entertainment events. On the hill above Vela Luka is Vela Spilja - a famous archaeological site from the Stone Age, whose finds can be seen in the local museum.
Vela Luka also has a marina, one of the best protected marinas in the Adriatic from bad weather.

Blato is the closest town (9 km from Rasoha) with interesting history and architecture, where the Holy Place of St. Mary of Jesus is located. The city has many shops, a shopping center, and many restaurants.
