Enjoy all that Canyon Lake has to offer when you stay at our place This fabulous home is central to the Texas Hill country's finest spots. Drop/rent a boat and enjoy the lake, shop and eat in Gruene, float the Guadalupe, visit the Alamo, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach or just relax at our home. We strive to meet your every need and love assisting with memorable vacation experiences. Please note that Pool/spool will not heat if outside temperature is below 50. It can take 8 hours to raise temperature, weather determinative. The circular seating area is NOT a hot tub and will be the same temperature as the pool water. Pool not heated, special request for Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb will require additional fee of $100 and may not adequately heat (weather permitting). This fee is non refundable and the required cost to attempt to heat the pool will have been incurred. additionally there is a $20 fee if the sleeper sofa is used.
