Very near the house ( less than 2 miles) are Mercato Shops providing plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, movies and much much more! The neighborhood itself is very safe, friendly and welcoming. It is not on a major road so the traffic is quiet. It is a pet friendly neighborhood so you will see pet walkers on any given day. Bikes available for you to use. You are only a short ride to the beach!
Make sure you make time to watch the sunset at the beach and check out Food and Thought for healthy food and snacks! Old Naples is a must see as well. Dolphins are usually swimming at the beach 1-2 hours before sunset!

The property did not have working toilet or hot water when we arrived. We were told that it was possibly the water not being turned on. That was correct so we turned the water on. The first night we had no hot water because the hot water tank was unplugged. By the time we figured out that was the problem it was too late for us to take a shower with out being late for our event. These things should have been on and ready so that we did not have to go without a toilet and shower for the first night. I am not a plumber. The bottom beds were comfortable but the top bunks were not stable. Additionally, there were neighbors arguing into the night with cars honking and people throwing things making sleep the first night impossible. The place also needed a good cleaning.
