The place itself is beautiful, very clean, and spacious. Once we were settled, the stay was comfortable overall.
However, our arrival experience was challenging. The host was not aware of our arrival, and we were unable to access the property until around 6 PM. The listing description was not very detailed and did not mention that the unit requires walking upstairs. Traveling with a baby and a stroller, this was a major inconvenience, and had we known beforehand, we would not have booked. Additionally, the jacuzzi was not ready on the day of arrival, and we were asked to fill out a separate contract despite already booking through Expedia, which felt unexpected. Overall, the property itself is lovely, but better communication, clearer listing details, and preparation before guest arrival would greatly improve the experience.
