There is free secure WiFi, flat screen HD TVs, and a washer/dryer in this beautiful 2 BR/2 BA condo with den that sleeps six! This condo is one of the few west facing units with a dock available for rent at Gulf Island so bring your boat! Enjoy the private lagoon with a white sand beach and the mile long nature trail that runs right along the Gulf. There is great fishing from shore so don't forgot to bring your fishing gear even if you don't bring your boat!
Relax, relax, relax!!! A long balcony fronts both the Living room and the Primary \ BR for easy outdoor access. You can sit for hours and watch the boat traffic, the osprey and eagles catching fish, and look for the porpoises and manatees that frequent the lagoon. This luxury condo is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could need - just bring your beach towels! Very comfortable beds - a king in the primary bedroom and a queen in the guest room. The primary bath has double vanities and a new gorgeous walk-in shower. The den has a sleeper sofa if you need extra sleeping space! There is a reserved parking space in the garage for your use so your car does not bake in the Florida sun. Condo was nice, just needed counters wiped down. Handicap accessibility was ok, bathrooms were hard for my friend to navigate. Glass shower door was a concern for him as he has fallen through glass before. The view was amazing and we really enjoyed wandering the grounds and seeing all the wildlife. I would definitely go back. Beds were a 10/10! So comfortable! Hosts always responded to inquiries in a timely manner. We have had issues with unfriendly people in the past, but that definitely wasn't a problem here! People were so nice and helpful! We saw birds, dolphins, sharks, and my favorite were the manatees! I fully recommend this location!

The condo was clean, the kitchen well-equipped, the washer and dryer worked well and we loved sitting on the well-appointed balcony watching the dolphins in the lagoon and the gorgeous sunsets. We appreciated the peace and quiet in the building and the building’s pool was warm, clean and most enjoyable.
