To ensure the long-term comfort of our guests, the Waikiki Grand Hotel will be undergoing vital plumbing improvements from mid-July through late December 2026, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. With no work on Weekends, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. Daytime noise and activity should be expected.
● Please note that our rates have already been significantly discounted for this period, and no additional discounts before, during or after will be given. If you’re planning to spend your daytime relaxing inside the hotel, we recommend checking dates outside this window to ensure you have the best experience possible.
● Since most of the activity occurs during the day, it’s the perfect excuse to spend your 8-to-5 hours exploring the beauty of Waikiki Beach, hiking Diamond Head, or enjoying local excursions!
● If your travel plans require a quiet environment during daytime hours, we completely understand and suggest considering alternative dates so you can fully enjoy your stay with us!

This Queen bed studio with well-equipped kitchenette is located on the quiet side of the 7th floor at the Waikiki Grand Hotel in Honolulu.
Having a built-in desk area has made this the ideal place for those needing to get a little work or studying in during their trip to our beautiful island.
The bathroom is clean and bright and benefits from a vanity area as well. The Shower is a shower/tub combination.
There is an iron and ironing board in the unit should it be required, along with full laundry facilities (coin-op) on a lower level.
As I say the kitchen is well equipped and can really help keep costs down with the ability to cook full meals at home.
There's also a Toaster, Coffee maker and decent sized freezer with ice trays.
I have also placed everything you should need for the beach including Beach Towels.
Chairs are also in the unit for your use.
Included with the unit comes Free Highspeed wireless Internet and cable for the television.
Within the building is Teddys Bigger Burgers - a must at least once during your stay!
We also have 'Hulas Bar and Lei Stand' on the other side of the building on the second floor which offers great local music a few times a week and has a Pool table too (21yrs and over).
The hotel has a complimentary concierge service, ideal for getting the Best Deals on island tours & offering great hiking suggestions.

Nice place, a home away from home. Everything you need is available in this compact room. Friendly and helpful front desk team provided assistance and tips to enhance my travel experience. The high speed Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the shower room, in special the ceiling needs some TLC. Overall it did provide value to me, so I would definitely book it again.

Great location! 2 minute walk ro beach - easy enough to return to room for bathroom/supplies. Room as advertised. Beach chairs & umbrella are a nice touch. Pool area under construction and not very pleasant at this time - not an issue for us.
