The villa house was perfect for our family of 5! It was spacious, clean, and in a great neighborhood with nearby stores but without feeling as if you’re in a tourist town. We loved relaxing in the pool on days off from tourist activities and enjoyed watching the Florida summer storms from the covered outdoor patio portion. We had a slight hiccup with the AC but the property manager was very helpful and it was resolved the same day. Lots of Florida activities are within an hour such as the ocean, gator boat tours, and a beautiful state park where you can swim, canoe, kayak, and possibly see Manatees. Disney parks were less than a 30 minute drive in moderate morning rush hour mixed with summer tourist traffic that also had some construction on I4 and even less when we went to the parks closer to lunchtime. We will definitely stay at this villa again for future Florida trips! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa was lovely and clean, really comfortable. It was like coming home every day from a full on day in the parks. It’s a great location for the parks too. Great restaurants nearby. The pool was great and the neighbourhood very peaceful. We can’t fault it and would definitely return.
