Located in building C on the second floor, it is very private and tranquil. Entire condo has been updated. New living room, oversized sofa with memory foam mattress, new bedroom furniture, new mattress on the daybed in the Florida room. You will feel right at home! New bedding in both the bedroom and the sunroom. Updated kitchen with backsplash, granite counter tops, hot water on demand, FREE long distance calling in North America, two new LCD TVs and high-speed wireless internet in unit. New beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels.
There is a play station unit with a lot of games for the entire family to enjoy!
I have also added a play pen for those travelling with small kids.
You will find a drying rack under the bed or in the closet. Fits perfectly in the bathroom and comes in handy for your wet towels and bathing suits :)
Indian Shores is located between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach.
Beach is directly across street with intercoastal waters on the backside of the complex. The beach itself is sandy and endless, shallow enough for kids with plenty of shells to collect and wildlife to observe.
The condo is a one bedroom, one bathroom, max 4 with a pull out queen couch/sofa. There is also an additional daybed in the Lanai. Well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and comes with full sized appliances, microwave, fridge with ice-maker and stove. Coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender are also included. Bakeware, pots and pans and all utensils and glassware are included. Beach chairs, kids toys, water toys are in the closet. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with new pillow top mattress and new LCD TV. New bedding.
Internet connection is in the sunroom.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors. Wall mounted hair-dryer. Please do not have small children play with the glass doors. Other items included are iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum and cleaning supplies. Beach toys, chairs etc.
This is a self-catering unit. You are responsible for any other supplies you may require.
Laundry is coin operated and is located at the end of the walkway. You can get quarters at the front office, grocery store or local bank.
The pool is heated and overlooks the intercoastal waters. There are grills(gas Barbeques) around the resort.
Please feel free to update me on anything that needs replacing or is missing from the unit.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Indian Shores! It’s a one-bedroom, one-bath unit, but the enclosed sunroom with a daybed and trundle made it perfect for our family of three. Although it’s a smaller condo, it felt surprisingly spacious.One of the biggest highlights was how incredibly well stocked it was. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, beach chairs, beach toys, and just about anything else you might need. It was obvious the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. She was very accommodating and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well.The pool is just steps from the condo, and the beach is an easy walk across the street with several pedestrian crossings featuring flashing lights. Even around lunchtime, we never had trouble finding a spot close to the water.Everything was very clean and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

This trip was the smoothest and most enjoyable we have had! this beautiful Condo was completely furnished(with extras) absolutely spotless clean.! we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived! Ewa the host was great and super accommodating . The beach is a very easy and short walk. The pool was very nice and we fished in the waterways right behind the property. We will definitely be going back. :)

We had the best girls weekend. The condo was beautiful and clean. The host was very informative and checked in through out our stay and made sure everything was going good.

What a wonderful place! Easy parking. Very close to the beach. Many restaurants available nearby and DoorDash readily available. Great, comfortable furniture. Nice kitchen. I only have very positive things to say about this place!
