There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 9 people comfortably. The condo also has high speed internet/wifi, central A/C and a full-sized washer and dryer. There's also cable TV and Smart TVs (you can login with your login credentials) in the living room and both bedrooms. This fourth floor condo comes with two unassigned parking spaces and the building has an elevator. Island Cabana is centrally located and is close to restaurants, bars, shopping, mini golf etc. It's the perfect spot for your next getaway!

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $146.65. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
