Remodeled 5/2023! All new!This IS the Real thing! We are Directly On The Beach. Why settle for a view of the beach, when you can have the entire Ocean at your feet! Not On Crazy Loud PCH, But Malibu's best kept secret Malibu Road, Close to the center of town, shopping & local restaurants. All Bedrooms and living rooms have ocean views! Very Rare. Open lot to the Right and Small house to the left. This means you have a huge private beach.
One of the only spaces on malibu road with AIR CONDITIONING! Don't rent a space with just a fan. Washer Dryer inside unit!
Dedicated parking included for 1 car.
I have a full time host that runs all my properties. She only lives a few houses away and is available 24/7 to help you with your vacation needs. Beach chairs, BBQ, restaurant recommendations, extra parking, etc.
Some pets are allowed with PRIOR approval. Pet rent is $50 per day.

Beautiful ocean front house. The house was gorgeous and spotless. We had a spectacular visit.

We had a nice time at this property. Pros: we liked the location and beach access. It was quiet and peaceful. I’m glad the property was pet friendly and close to nice restaurants. The appliances were high-end and beds were comfortable. Cons: property needs some minor repairs (sliding door comes off the track, slow draining shower). Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The unit is brand new and the location is perfect. The only downside is that the other units in the building are being remodeled, and construction continued into the weekend with noise until 8:00 pm. The workers smoked constantly on the deck next door and the sliding doors had to be closed to keep the smoke out.
