Large with lots of space! Our 3 families really enjoyed this vacation house! Pros: location! Just a quick walk to the beach access and community center, easy walk/bike ride to downtown. Lots of bedrooms, two bonus refrigerators on the lower level, AC worked great, lots of porch space, private pool, hot tub, volleyball court, two beach cruisers available, beach wagon (for stuff, not kids), beach chairs and beach towels. Loved that there was a big table for everyone to eat at! Wish list for this house: a new stove (this one was either burning our food or barely heating it, and we cooked a lot), would love some overhead fans or portable fans in the bedrooms, thinner bed pillows.

A group of 11 people, ages 17-79, had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely, with lots of space for small groups to congregate and plenty of room for us to eat meals together. Great pool and hot tub, 2 bikes, pickleball paddles, lots of beach chairs. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

We were in the area for our youngest son’s wedding and this was the perfect home for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. This home is very kid friendly and a simple walk to the beach. Our grandson’s are 5 and 3 and had no trouble getting to and from the beach. The location of this home is within walking distance to everything you need. This was truly one of the best vacations we’ve had as a family. We would most definitely rent this home again. The owners were always quick to respond with any questions we had.

Great home for a multi generational family, with places large enough for everybody to gather and places to get away from it all. Neighborhood facilities are an added bonus.
