We loved the layout of the condo it was exactly how described. We had an awesome view of the sunset over the sound. Everything was clean and some essential items were in the cabinet like coffee filters, salt, pepper. The kitchen was stocked with whatever you needed to cook. We would love to stay at this condo again in the future.

The penthouse was a great choice. We have stayed at several properties and this was one of the best. We were there during a tropical storm and were able to sit outside and still enjoy ourselves. I will say it was a small walk to the beach but having chairs available was a plus. The pool is excellent. My one concern was parking. There is no handicap ramp or elevator to garage.

The unit could use upgrading. Unit was not ready when we arrived at 4pm, it was still being cleaned. Checkout at 10am/checkin in at 4pm...that is plenty of time to clean a unit.
The view was great. Unit has lots of space.
