Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.
Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. This suite has been remodeled to include beautiful upgraded furniture, tile, cabinets, and more! Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!
The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit.
Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.
Once your reservation request has been completed, you will reserve a booking agreement to finalize your stay.

Great location and common areas were very nice. Room needs to be updated and it got warm with no air conditioning, but other than that the stay was good.

Close to old town plus easy access to the 101 and Apache junction and other areas to the east of Scottsdale.

We really enjoyed our time here! Place is super quiet! Everyone we met was very nice. Room is smaller but lots of room for 2 people. Loved the area, green space is beautiful. Location is good some stores nearby for groceries and such. Only knock against the place was the bed was hard but that's more of a personal preference. Would stay here again for sure!
