The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. This was a great house for our 10 day family Xmas vacation. Centrally located to lots of activities and WP ski resort. The two bunk rooms could do with some updating. The bunk beds in both were a bit rickety, and you could hear every time someone turned over in the master bedroom and in the other main level bedroom below the bunkroom. Would be better to just have futons on the floor! That’s the only negative comment I have. Everyone loved the hot tub and sauna and the game room.Thanks for a wonderful stay for our family!

Mountain View Luxury Log Home is beautiful, perfectly located, and has great amenities (game room, hot tub, great fireplace). Our family enjoyed our time in Winter Park, and coming back to a comfortable space to rest and enjoy the view each evening was truly special.

The main issues were poor bed quality, limited quantity of bath towels, and the pillows were flat in every room. The house is nice but updated mattresses would go a long way to ensuring a great overall experience. The sauna only turned on once and never turned on again throughout the stay.
