THE PALMS APARTMENT OF YOURHOMEINLUCCA
The apartment takes its name from the two palm trees that are located in the entrance courtyard, right in the historic center of the city!
The house is very bright, as it is located on the second and top floor of a building that was once a convent, and is very quiet as it overlooks internal courtyards on all sides.
It is well cared for and furnished with modern taste: the kitchen is a separate room from the entrance-living room, and through a small hallway you enter the laundry room, the bathroom with shower and the double bedroom.
The mattress is very comfortable, the house is air conditioned and the two guests can have breakfast in the kitchen and lunch in the bright living room.
The apartment can be reached by climbing the beautiful stone stairs that were the entrance to the convent, or by taking the elevator.
The location is fantastic, it is in fact an internal courtyard of the main street of the city: cafes, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are right at the exit of the courtyard. The famous Piazza Anfiteatro is 100 meters away.
The highway is very close to the historic center (less than 10 minutes by car), the bus station and the railway station - from which you can easily visit Pisa and Florence - can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, and the bus stop the center is 100 meters.
The closest free parking is at 400mt.
In the apartment you will find:
air conditioning
Internet line wifi
Satellite TV
Ipod docking station
dishwasher
washing machine
iron and ironing board
phon
microwave oven
kettle
toaster
private lift

Perfect location. Very safe facility. Host responsive to our needs. Only negative was a small shower.

I stayed at this property for 2+ weeks and have only good things to say about it. The property owners were very responsive both before and during my stay. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped, the living area was a good size, and the bedroom had plenty of drawers and hanging areas for clothes. The apartment is situated in a very nice neighborhood convenient to everything. Grocery stores are within a short walk as well as any other kind of shopping you want to do. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here. Highly recommend.

Great location. Easy access everywhere in Lucca. Great set up in apartment. Owner responds quickly to requests and inquiries. Well designed and stocked kitchen for cooking. Bravo!

Incomplete verbal handover re free parking resulting in a fine. No advice about using TV which turned out to be broken. Guest book about owners favourite eating places and not about practical info eg nearest grocery shop.
