Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom basement suite, your perfect home away from home! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our cozy haven is designed for your comfort and convenience with a private entrance. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and well-lit living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with comfortable King and Queen beds. Shared stay is accepted.

This 2-bedroom suite offers two separate bedrooms with one king size bed and one queen size bed and an air mattress to sleep up to 6 people if needed, making it an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or travelers who desire additional space and privacy. This suite is typically designed to provide a home-away-from-home experience, offering a private living area, a fully equipped kitchen, private washroom and laundry, dinning area, a 65 inch 4K smart TV with streaming services and private entrance with keypad for easy access.

10/10 Excellent.We stayed for 11 nights while visiting for family in Regina Great location and quiet neighbourhood.The check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient.The suite was easy to access.Everything was tidy and very clean.The host made us feel welcome and would regularly message to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we had any issues. Super comfortable beds.I highly recommend this place, and personally will probably book again for our future visits to Regina

We needed to stay for 2-3 weeks and had a cat as well. We were made comfortable and had easy access to the accommodation. The owner was easy to access and addressed our needs in timely manner.
