The Beach House is a stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa equipped with amazing amenities.
The Beach House is centrally located in one of the quietest neighborhoods, at the end of a beautiful cul-de-sac, in highly desirable southwest Cape Coral. The home has Gulf access, is close to restaurants and shopping areas, and is perfect for walking, biking, and relaxing.
Upon entering through the front door, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with breathtaking views. This home features ample space, including two king bedrooms and a bedroom with two twin beds, making it a perfect getaway for families or larger groups. Welcome to Paradise!
The location provides a quick drive to all central Cape Coral attractions. Depending on traffic, it takes about 10 minutes to reach Matlacha/Pine Island, 35 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, and 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.

The large table can seat up to eight guests, and there's a Smart HD flat-screen TV for your entertainment while you enjoy the heated pool. In the evenings, unwind with your favorite drink by the gas fire table under the stars.
The boat dock is equipped with a 10,000-pound boat lift, accommodating a 28-foot boat. You can also grab a chair from the garage and cast a line from the dock, where Cape Coral offers excellent fishing opportunities. With one of the largest canal systems in the United States, Cape Coral boasts over 400 miles of navigable waterways, including both freshwater and saltwater canals.

This property was clean, spacious, down a quiet road with friendly neighbors. We walked, kayaked, swam, sunbathed…all the things you want to do on vacation! The customer service was great! No complaints!!

My husband and I really enjoyed this rental property in Cape Coral, especially the heated pool. I believe my husband swam every day, even when the outdoor temp was 60. Pedaled the beach cruisers to nearby restaurants, enjoyed nearby Sanibel Island and saw numerous manatees on a manatee kayak tour.
