We loved stayed here with your group of 10! So much space for everyone with tons of beds and bathrooms. Great location, easy to get ubers and ubereats when needed. A few small maintenance issues that were quickly resolved, great communication by hosts. As others have mentioned it us up 6 flights of stairs with no elevators but it was fine for us. Nice pool, nice kitchen (no oven or dishwasher but we used microwave and stove when we needed to cook something up) Overall great stay and would recommend for an affordable place for big groups in the hotel zone!

Great location. It was very hot snd humid when we were there so the steps were tough some days. The condo was a little run down. But has plenty of space. Art in condo was beautiful. Coffee pot didn’t work. No dishwasher but we didn’t cook much during our stay. Lots of bedrooms so no one had to share

We were there for a bachelor party - 10 guys in our 30s. The place is in a good location in the hotel zone and had plenty of space with large indoor / outdoor common areas. We had a few issues with being unable to get in touch with someone for check in and mild maintenance and the maid service came in and started cleaning early each morning after we asked to hold off. Not necessarily a bad thing but a little less private than we had imagined. Overall a good stay at a good rate for a large group though

We had a great time, my wife 3 kids and their two friends stayed here . The place is big and cool however it needs a lot of TLC , bathrooms and kitchen are in bad need of remodeling, it’s in overall in rough shape, if you’re looking for a big place but not concerned about being run down this is a fine choice, if you’re looking for things in good shape and more of a 5 star feel this isn’t your spot, also there is 6 flights of stairs to get to the unit, now I love working out so going up and down multiple times a day doesn’t bother me if you don’t enjoy stair climbing probably pass.. housecleaners were very nice people, they come daily.as a final thought, we had an amazing vacation and we were happy, we were there with our kids so perfect condition wasn’t a requirement however it is what it was
