Located inside the top floor of a house with garden with exit directly to the sea, independent entrance on an external staircase, sea view terrace with barbecue and table, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, large bathroom, laundry room with washing machine, temperature controlled, very bright, one double bedroom with sloping ceilings with the possibility of a cot, and a bedroom for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay here, there is a lovely view from the balcony and pleasant rocky beach on your doorstep. Cristina was very friendly and welcoming. It is a good location to access the city and beaches.

We stayed in the house this summer for a week, the views from the balcony are incredible, and just crossing the garden you access the sea (not a beach, an area with stones) but it is a great advantage to be so close to the sea and be able to have an early swim or enjoy the kayak. The apartment is located on the the upper of the house, with a separate access, nicely decorated and with everything we needed, pretty much what you can see on the photos and the description of the house. Cristina is a great host and she was very kind to provide us with everything we needed. It is a pretty quiet area, with a supermarket not too far, but I would recommend a car, although there is a bus at the door, the house is located in a residential area, not very close to a town, but with what you need not too far away. Definetely recomended if you are looking for peace and quiet and you want to enjoy great views and hospitality from Sardinia.

Very nice and functional apartment, very beautiful seaside location, Very very nice and accommodating landlord. This was a perfect, unforgettable stay.
An ideal starting point for excursions to the national parks, the Costa Rei, Villasimius, Cagliari ... and the many beautiful beaches nearby.
I think we will come again sometime ...
