As Maui residents, my wife and I can truly say there is no better place to live or vacation than Maui Banyan. We bought our condo with a long term goal in mind... retirement later but fun now. We shopped countless others all over Maui until finding the Banyan. Once we did we waited until the perfect condo was available.
A few points of interest in the event you decide to live in our home for a few days while we are away. We are literally less than 90 feet from Kamaole Beach 2, (which is one of the few beaches in Maui with a lifeguard), a four minute walk to the tennis court, a three minute walk to one of the private pools, (the other is about a six min walk) and a five minute walk to the gardens. When you leave the complex great dining and local shopping is just about a five to ten min walk down S. Kihei road (which is along the ocean). By car, the hotels and Shops of Wailea (the Beverly Hills of Maui) are just a short eight minute drive away.

We rented this unit for our daughter in law and infant grandson to stay in while visiting us. It was a great location as she could see the ocean from the lanai and the front door. It was her first visit to Maui so this made it special. She had everything she needed, including a pack and play for the baby. It was as a cozy space for her to be when she wasn’t spending time with us.

Great location, clean, and quiet. The owners were so helpful after a very long day of travel and our GPS didn't bring us to the right location.

The space was smaller than anticipated but met our needs. Great to be across street from beach and centrally located on island. Carpets could be replaced. Good neighborhood. Felt safe.
