This luxury apartment features two magnificent bedrooms with two queen-size beds, an impressive 60 cm-high, ergonomic, extra-firm memory foam mattress that can be used on both sides, fabric with a thermoregulatory treatment, and spacious closets.
The bedroom opens onto a balcony where you can relax in the mornings and listen to the birds singing. Leaving the bedroom and entering the living room, you’ll find a very comfortable 150 × 190 sofa bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen so you’ll feel right at home.
In the kitchen, you’ll find the finest extra-virgin olive oil from Jaén, vinegar, sugar, coffee, salt, and spices, a complimentary bottle of wine, some sweets (palm-shaped cookies, muffins), tea, and coffee—and let’s not forget the filtered water produced by an osmosis system, so you can enjoy the best filtered water without having to buy heavy bottles and carry them around.
We also can’t forget the two full bathrooms, featuring top-quality materials and finishes, with two spacious showers offering a pleasant, endless supply of hot water powered by aerothermal energy. In the bathroom, you’ll find shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and amenities such as a sewing kit, shower cap, cotton pads, and cotton swabs. To make your bath more enjoyable, you can connect via Bluetooth to our speaker and enjoy the music of your choice.
It would be remiss not to mention the extremely powerful ducted air conditioning system, which will make your daily life very comfortable during the hot months and provide heating during the colder months.
