Welcome to our central and cozy and spacious 2-bedroom flat in the prestigious Knightsbridge neighborhood, one of London’s most sought-after areas. Ideally located just 400 meters from the Victoria and Albert Museum, 700 meters from South Kensington Tube Station, and 350 meters from the iconic Harrods department store, this flat is central and is the perfect base to explore the

We recently stayed at this flat in Kensington and found the location to be its greatest asset. For the price we paid, the location was outstanding—within easy walking distance of numerous museums, attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It made exploring London incredibly convenient.Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of significant updating. A fresh coat of paint, new carpeting, updated furnishings, and a thorough decluttering would dramatically improve both the comfort and appearance of the flat. With some investment and attention, this could easily become a five-star property.We also experienced an issue where one of the toilets broke after the first day, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable for the remainder of our stay. While these things can happen and are sometimes unavoidable, it was certainly disappointing and impacted our experience.That said, Masoud was an excellent host. Communication was prompt, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, and he was a pleasure to deal with.Overall, I wish I could rate this property higher because the location and host were both fantastic. However, the condition of the flat and the bathroom issue make it difficult to give it a higher rating in its current state.

While Masoud, the owner, was extremely nice and was on site when we arrived, we were disappointed in the property itself. The carpet was dirty and had frayed to the backing in many places. The bathrooms were small and we even had to use the kitchen sink as a bathroom sink because the sink in the ensuite bathroom couldn't be reached due to the shower which itself was extremely tiny and the commode. The place was cluttered with extension cords everywhere, causing safety hazard worry. The A/C was a unit in the living room and sat in a plastic tub with a hose out the front window. The A/C was also plugged in with extension cords and posed a potential safety hazard. The location, though, was excellent and we easily walked to Harrod's and the V&A Museum. Masoud had also recommended a pub across the street which we also enjoyed. The washer and dryer were nice to have as well. Masoud had also left a large bottle of water and Diet Coke in the refrigerator along with some snacks on the counter which was very thoughtful. He also worked to help a fellow traveler with a phone that had been accidentally left behind which was appreciated. This place has awesome potential and a very nice owner and would be an excellent place to stay if renovated and broken items repaired or replaced completely.
