The Tosal Gros ST villa has one of the best views of the city, and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Its spacious rooms and extensive garden will make this experience an unforgettable few days.
The plot on which the house is located is distributed across different levels, interconnected by exterior stairs.
The car entrance area to the villa is located in the middle zone, which has a spacious parking area for 3 cars.
Going down the stairs, on the first level, is the barbecue and swimming pool area, where guests can enjoy unparalleled views while having fun in the water. There are sunbeds available for guests for their greater comfort.
Going up the stairs, we find the third level, where the house is located. Upon entering, there is a reception area with a courtesy toilet. From there, access is gained to the living-dining room, with air conditioning, which has impressive views of the city and Denia bay. It has a fireplace and a door accessing the terrace. The flat-screen TV has satellite, so guests can enjoy TV in several languages.
To the left, past the living-dining room, is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc, and all necessary kitchenware.
Opposite is the first bedroom with two 90cm beds together, forming a double bed. It has a built-in wardrobe to store personal items.
Continuing forward, we find a distributor with three doors. Through the first door is the second bedroom, similar to the previous one with two 90cm beds together and a wardrobe. Next to this door is a bathroom with shower and toilet for gentlemen.
Finally, we find the third and last room, comprising a double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom (with bathtub).
From this room, as well as from the kitchen and living room, access is gained to a terrace with panoramic views of the city and sea. Additionally, from here there is access to a spiral staircase leading to an upper terrace.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

A beautiful, well maintained villa ,
Our only dislike,s were to many
To many Steps, difficulty in finding villa
And the entrance,
Also the amount of building work
Going on in the immediate area
Very noisy,spoilt what would have
Been a good 4 week break
No fault of Carlosferien but could
Have been mentioned
