Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us! We hope you love the home and have a wonderful stay. This property is professionally managed on behalf of a homeowner who truly values and cares for the home, and we kindly ask that it be treated with the same care and respect as your own.
Please note:
- The primary renter must be 21 years of age or older.
- Occupancy must remain within the maximum guest limit. No parties or unauthorized guests are permitted, as this may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Furniture must remain in its original location. If moved, it must be returned before departure or a repositioning fee will apply.
- Please do not set the thermostat below 70°F to avoid coil freeze-ups and compressor damage.
- Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the home. Outdoor use is permitted, but must be conducted more than 15 feet from the property and all smoking-related waste must be properly disposed of before departure.
- Community area hours are 7am-7pm
- POOL KEY FOBS are hanging on a hook near the entrance under the stairs.
- No more than 6 guests are allowed in the pool area, pickleball courts, bocce ball, or other community amenity areas.
- NO pets in the common areas.
- ONLY toilet paper may be flushed. Any plumbing issues caused by flushing anything else will result in additional charges.
- Pet fee: $150 | Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. No pets on furniture or beds.
- Parking is limited to the driveway or garage only. Please do not park on the grass.
- Trash pickup is on Wednesdays. All trash must be securely bagged and tied. Trash cans may only be placed on the street Tuesday evening and must be brought back in by Wednesday evening. Cans must also be stored out of sight on the side of the home, in the backyard, or in the garage. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in an additional charge.
- Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
- Severe Weather: Florida weather can change quickly, particularly during hurricane season. Guests are expected to monitor local weather and follow any instructions or evacuation orders issued by local authorities during their stay.
- After booking, you will receive a link to complete the required check-in form and rental agreement to finalize your reservation.

My family enjoyed our vacation and stay here at this location! Very quiet and serene environment! Thoroughly impressed at how responsive and communicative the owner was during our stay! There were a couple things we felt could have been in order before arriving, such as the outside garbage bin being full and the backyard being a bit unclean, but that was handled the moment we brought it to the owner’s attention! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Our family of 6 were very comfortable in this home and it's beautiful. Beds are comfy, nice fenced in area for fur babies and a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was friendly and quick to answer any questions i had.

Wonderful updated home in nice quiet neighborhood. Few miles to the beach. Great pool in the neighborhood. Kids loved walking to the boat dock everyday to look at the water and boats. Host was extremely quick with communication.

We stayed for 8 nights and had a great time. We loved the proximity to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool a lot and played pickleball everyday. If you play pickleball a lot the court is a bit weird to get used to but it was fun to have it right by the house.The beds were very comfortable which is always a plus! The host was great with the few questions we had. We were so thankful for our pets to be able to join us. We travel with a Silver Lab and a kitty. Both are great pets so it was nice to have a place that allowed them to be there. The only thing that was a minus for us was the couch was a bit dirty with sand and needed swept and the couch on the back patio was a bit mildew smelling. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.
