Breathtaking beauty awaits you! Enjoy all of the tranquility and rejuvenation with family and friends by experiencing what the blessed Oregon coast evokes in people. The only things separating this beloved ocean front home and the Pacific Ocean are a few seagulls and a beautiful beach, and all of this is awaiting for you to enjoy and experience! As you overlook the beach there are trails that take you down the hill(or safe steps at the Park-1 blk south) to place your eager toes in the sand and leisurely walk along the miles and miles of sandy beach.
As you cuddle and rest on the deck during your retreat, relax and put your feet up and gently look to your left and see the boats enter and exit the harbor jetty, while listening and watching the waves crash and to your right the majestic view of the Yaquina Head Light House... All of this and more awaits you!
This three or four bedroom two and a half bath home is located on a private road with plenty of parking.**Many of the appliances have been updated and the walls recently painted!! You are just minutes away from the Yaquina State Park and Yaquina Bay Light House, and a five minute stroll to restaurants and fifteen minute stroll to the bay front shopping! The Newport Aquarium is a minutes drive as well as The Hatfield Marine & Science Center. When we say In the Heart of Newport- We Mean it!!

Great location and wonderful house. The hot tubs were very unique and a great feature to the home. This house has everything you need and more including a home theatre.

We only stayed one night. Had our vacation been longer in the immediate geography, then we definitely would have liked to stay longer at this house. No complaints other than a slight musty smell. My family is used to staying at newer properties (primarily newer Marriott hotels), so my comment about the smell is relative and should be considered in context. I was not bothered by it, but a couple of my kids did not like it. Overall, it's hard to beat this place. The host was excellent with communication and how can one not stay at a place with such a view and amenities?! Highly recommend staying here!!

This is our 11th year returning to the Newport Beach home. This house now holds so many family memories for us which we treasure. The location is perfect and sitting on the deck and watching the ocean below is one of our favorite places to be. Thank you for the treasured mentors attached to this great beach house!

Many dishes are chipped and there isn’t enough if you do bring a full house. The kitchen trash can doesn’t hold up a garbage bag properly, so it’s a trap for spilling garbage all over. There is only a large dustpan and an old broom to clean up with - no vacuum or dust mop. There are no written instructions anywhere which would be helpful to remind you to remove shoes. And a place to put the shoes is important! There are no hooks of any kind near the kitchen and beach doors for coats. The en-suite didn’t have any hooks for towels/robes next to the shower. The half bath sink is too small when used it gets water all over the floor. Since there is no AC, being able to leave windows open for airflow is stymied since screens are missing. Aside from these annoyances, the view is fantastic and we loved the deck!
