With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's plenty of space to create fond memories with family and friends. Both bathrooms also feature granite and have hair dryers.

Covered porch with rocking chairs, lounge chairs, horseshoes, corn hole, outside shower with hot and cold water, and even a telescope for star gazing! There is also a large park-style grill for any meals you prefer to prepare outdoors. The home has plenty of toys for "fun in the sun"... don't forget to wash sandy feet at the beach side stairs or catch a rinse in the outdoor shower!

Located on the quiet west end of Oak Island, search for shells and sharks' teeth or build a sandcastle. "Out of Office" is convenient to Middleton Avenue and the Swain's Cut Bridge for day excursions to Myrtle Beach, Southport and Wilmington.
