A few highlights of the home's exterior are: One car off-street parking, exclusive use gated yard, 1st floor walkout (no steps), large patio, pergola and tropically planted gardens, plenty of bike parking, Weber propane gas BBQ grill.
Some features of the interior are:1006 sq. ft., sleeps 6, a King size bedroom, a Queen size bedroom and a full-size bedroom, a granite double vanity, marble bathroom, air conditioning and central heat, new kitchen (fully equipped). The leather living room and the indoor & outdoor dining areas, each comfortably seat 6 people.
Extras: Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.
No pets are allowed. There is no smoking in the home or within the fenced yard. Please smoke anywhere outside the fenced yard.
Check in time is after 3 PM and check out time is before 10 AM. No car should be parked in the space before 3 PM or after 10 AM.

It’s a nice location. Close to center of Ptown, but not too close. A/C worked great during heat wave. Patio is beautiful place to sit and people watch. First floor; no stairs to deal with luggage. Good parking spot. I’ve been coming to Ptown for over fifty years and this is a favorite.

Great location - walkable to everything and a wonderful patio for evening cocktails! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

We loved this place ! So convient walking distance to downtown. Clean and well stocked woth kitchen items . Beautiful gardens and comfy pillows and beds !

Excellent property and wonderful hosts!!! We delayed our arrival by one day due to bad weather ; Larry and Chuck offered us an additional day at the end of our stay. Very thoughtful! The apartment was very clean, quiet and very well equipped with everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back!
