Just 30 minutes from Cornell University, Ithaca College, and its downtown, and only 5-10 minutes to explore Wells College and Aurora, NY. With direct access to Cayuga Lake, our home boasts breathtaking views of the east side of the lake, fantastic kayaking & fishing & the most sublime sunsets, along with all of the essentials for your research, recreation, and relaxation. The primary bedroom boasts a huge closet with private sliding doors to access the screened porch. The second bedroom has bunkdbed sleeping for up to 3 with partial lake view. The patio itself has panoramic Cayuga Lake views. The dock and frontage are privately owned, not shared. Wi-Fi and Roku TV are included.
