We had a family gathering and this was a wonderful place to stay and hang out together! House is very clean and well maintained. Fully gated and you can’t see any other houses, so it feels like you’re in your very own private retreat. Pool area is amazing and works well for kids and adults! There are stools just under the water on the deep end of the pool.. feels like a swim-up bar. All the girls really enjoyed watching Love Island in the theater room haha. Great host with great communication!Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful home! We stayed at Ann’s place for a bachelorette weekend and had a blast. The property is amazing and we loved the outdoor space. Definitely a drive to downtown Austin but our time relaxing by the pool was worth it. Ann was also very responsive and wonderful to work with. We would absolutely stay again!

Ann accommodated our last minute booking and had the house ready for us. The house was fantastic and we enjoyed spending time in the pool and enjoying the backyard. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing music as the house is setup to airplay. This is a perfect home for families looking for a getaway. Easy drive to the house and you can’t hear any neighbors. We spent so much time outside, we didn’t even make it upstairs to the media room. The house was a convenient drive to Lake Travis where we enjoyed an afternoon boat ride. We will be renting this house again this summer!

We booked the property for my 70h birthday celebration. Everything was perfect and worked out great for the family which included my mother, my children, their spouses and my three grandchildren. The layout of the home was wonderful for a family weekend and the host was so attentive to every detail to allow for a stress-free weekend. Location could not have been better and trip could not have been easier. The grandchildren loved the pool.
