Inside, Lakeshore Luxe embraces you with modern elegance and thoughtful details. The open-concept main level invites connection, whether you're preparing meals in the equipped kitchen, sharing stories by the seasonal gas fireplace, or hosting a festive dinner in the formal dining area.
Upstairs, unwind in the family room or retreat to one of three well-appointed bedrooms. A convenient laundry area completes the upper level.
The expansive lower-level recreation room transforms downtime into fun time. With ping pong, cornhole, ladder ball, a selection of board games, and a Smart TV with plenty of cozy seating for a movie night or the big game.

Please Note
- The gas fireplace is only available in the winter months. Please do not use the fireplace in the summer or any time the air conditioning is on.
- This home is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where wildlife and insects are part of the charm. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside, especially if doors are left open. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
- There is an air mattress along with sheets available for additional sleeping. We ask that you do not have occupancy greater than 10 people.
