This apartment is located in the heart of the Isla Verde area, in front of El San Juan Hotel& Casino and the Intercontinental Hotel& Casino. The apartment is very big with 700 square feet of space.Has a fully equipped kitchen, one huge bedroom with a Queen Bed, one full bathroom, living & dinning area, balcony with ocean view and has full a/c. The living-dining is huge with glass doors overlooking the balcony with partial beach view. The apartment also offers underground parking.
The condominium has Laundromat,private Gym, a nice swimming pool, and tennis court. There are restaurants, 5 star hotels, casinos, pharmacies, shopping all within an area of 1 to 4 miles. There is public transportation like buses, taxis, or you can even walk to many of these locations

Everything was good. The apartment was great and clean. The apartment had everything we needed and extras like stuff for the beach. The apartment was in a great location. Would recommend

Location is a key! The apartment is a little outdated but we were there only to sleep. It was a bit expensive for only 4 nights but we understood since it was a holiday week. Overall a good stay.

Kitchen had what was needed to cook. Didn't have coffee filters. We left some. Bath tub floor very slippery. No bars to hold on to. Otherwise very satisfied. Would book again.

Front door lock did not latch tightly, it felt very unsafe-like it could easily be kicked in. There was no other added security lock on the inside of the apartment to reinforce the door. Thankfully, nothing bad happened, but that made me uneasy the entire stay. Also the pipes/plumbing would intermittently make very loud noises throughout the day/night.
