Good to know: parking is one compact garage stall in the alley, best for a small or mid-size car. Larger SUVs, trucks and minivans may not fit. Street parking nearby is time-restricted.

No air conditioning; the upper-level bedrooms can get warm in summer.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a bright and cheerful living room, complete with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for whipping up delicious meals and enjoying them together around the large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to cook up a storm.

Upstairs, you'll find another living area, offering a couch, large TV (with cable), fire place and access to your own private patio. Continue on to the first three spacious bedrooms, each with its own unique decor and comfortable beds.

The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level, providing a bit of extra privacy and its own full bathroom. There's also a cozy living area on this level, perfect for watching movies or playing games.

One of the many highlights of this home are the separate and distinct lounging areas, each offering a unique and intimate place to enjoy.

The private patio offers a large picnic table, complete with city and neighbourhood views. You'll love soaking up the sun or enjoying a drink with friends in this peaceful and private space.

- There is one designated garage stall available for your unit. Please note that the garage is shared with another unit in the fourplex, but you will have your own designated stall. The stall is compact and best suited to a small or mid-size car; larger SUVs, trucks and minivans may not fit.
- Street parking nearby is time-restricted and may require a pass; please check posted signs. Guests must provide their vehicle license plate information for registration to avoid any risk of towing.
