Great place & affordable. I come to the area every year to visit my granddaughter. I got to see her play in her Okoboji softball tournament. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Location was quite & not busy at all. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to a coffee shop. Host was very easy to contact & quick response.

It is a very warm welcoming property. Sherri was terrific. There was an issue with the TV but she responded quickly to correct it. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Great host and location if you are visiting the Iowa Great Lakes. We enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out was very easy. Having a smart TV where you can cast your own programs to with good Internet is a real plus when you are traveling.
