Perfect spot in Rio Rancho. You can walk to a nice hike and stores and restaurants are close by. The home is very comfortable and host was very helpful.

The house is truly a beauty. It felt like a home away from home. It was spacious, warm and welcoming. Having a full kitchen as well as washer and dryer was a big help. The back yard was great and the visits by the local covey of quail was a special treat.

When we checked in, the place was cold. The thermostat battery was dead and was not letting the heater come on. Manager sent a handiman around 8 pm fo fix it. Living room tv is old. Couldn't even download prime app. Could notcwatch Thursday night football. Lighting was not very bright. Overall, the facility was ok and average.
