First off the staff was always there for help. The cabin was amazing. The only regret is only 5 days.

Reviewer Comments:
The pictures are not up to date and it actually sleeps 8 3 bedrooms and another room with twin beds. The downstairs bedrooom behind the twins door doesn’t lock and window seals were very dusty and ceiling fan makes a loud noise. Deck furniture was not clean it had mold and spider webs, carpet is old and place was not that clean in general. But we still enjoyed our stay! Hot tub was nice and grill was hard to start but we made it work!

Reviewer Comments:
This a very nice place great location, very clean, my biggest complaint is the beds down stairs were horrible to sleep on, the one in master bedroom upstairs was nice all others not so nice. I would hope think with the money they are making they could put in some nice beds, with 5 beds in the house and only one is nice and comfortable, will we come to Helen at least once a year, I don’t think I would stay here again, there other places that are nicer, especially the beds which everyone uses at least once a day. If the beds are updated I would stay again. Let me know when they are.
