Nestled on the shores of Lake Sinclair, this 3- bedroom home is perfectly situated for any itinerary with boating, fishing, swimming and shops just minutes away. Take the provided kayaks out for a spin on the water. Afterwards, fire up the grill, and enjoy the breathtaking views from the deck. Your cozy lakeside paradise awaits.
The Space:
Fill sunny days with plenty of fishing, boating, kayaking, and swimming before retreating inside to unwind. The water depth at the dock ranges from 4-5 ft. Enjoy a beautiful lake view on the spacious deck. This home offers a large backyard, private dock, grill, 2 kayaks for guest use(one double) + a fire pit w/chairs. You’ll have the luxury of Lake Sinclair right on site, and local shops & eats within a 15-minute drive.
MAIN LAYOUT: Single Story, Sleeps 6 in beds + additional sleeping on futon in the office area. Extra bedding and pillows are provided. There are also 3 self-inflating air mattresses - one queen, one full, one twin. 2 fans, Bose Bluetooth speaker, highchair, pack n play - has soft bottom, but needs crib sheet.
Kids toys, most appropriate for 6 months - 6 years but also have some balls for older kids
Masters King Bedroom has a dresser, closet in bath, 2 nightstands, sitting area, TV & an private attached bathroom with his & her sinks, & stand up tile shower. You will love the beautiful lake views from this room!
Bedroom #2 has a King bed, dresser, nightstand and lamp. Double windows in front of the bed with spectacular lake views and 55 inch TV.
Bedroom #3 has a King bed, nightstand w/lamp and TV (all TVs have Youtube Live).
Kitchen: Fully Equipped + Coffee Bar!
Dining: Seats 13 total!
Office: Desk, monitor, keypad and mouse for guests use. There is a futon that folds out into an additional sleeping area.
Laundry: Full size washer and dryer + a drying rack.
Living Room: Oversized sectional couch for additional sleeping area.
Dock Closet: 2 kids swim puddle jumpers, 2 infant life vests, 2 child life vests, 2 youth life vests, 1 male and 1 female life vest, 3 standard/orange life vest, Pool noodles, Several floats (around 10), Tubing float with rope, Wake Board, 3 fishing poles, Tackle box (guests can use anything in there), Cooler, Large Bluetooth speaker, Folding table, & Trash can.
We provide our guests with the following start up pack:
2 rolls of tissue per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
5 trash bags
3 dish pods
3 laundry pods
Hand soap per kitchen & bathroom
Dish detergent
Cleaning spray
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash per bathroom
This property welcomes pets with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300, requiring confirmation at the time of booking. Pets are not permitted on any bedding or furniture, and guests are responsible for removing all pet waste from the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $500.
This property is located in a prime location! It's also on BIG open water! The nearest boat ramp access is a 5 minute drive from the property. Boat & jet ski rentals are also available right up the street. (See our Guidebook)

Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the locked closets for vendors or the shed located in front of property.

The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. We have wonderful neighbors.
Getting Around:
Leisure Point is in a prime location! You're 5 minutes away from Sunset Marina, gas stations and food choices. 10-15minutes away from Kroger, and tons of other dining options! Downtown Milledgeville is around 20 minutes away!

Milledgeville: Taylor's Cove (5 minute drive from house, water view!)
Reel & Grill (downtown Milledgeville)
Eatonton: Lake Oconee Bistro & The Silver Moon!
Other Things to Note:
Nearest boat ramp is located at Sunset Marina. It’s a 5 minute car ride from the property. There is plenty of parking in the driveway under the carport and in the driveway. There is a secondary carport area for additional parking or perfect to back your boat into.

Beautiful view! Very well stocked with anything you might need. Kitchen was great and had everything under the sun including an additional ice maker. We enjoyed our visit so much and would definitely rent again!

The house was extremely comfortable, well laid out, and well equipped. It was loaded with extras for family activities: games, life vests, beach towels, kayaks, tvs in each room and on the dock, large deck which had a child/pet safety guard across the steps, and outstanding dock with swim ladder. The kitchen was exceptional. A full sized gas range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all the necessary dishware and utensils were provided. It offered two and a half baths with a laundry room. The view of the lake was excellent. A real plus was the location. It sat just off Hwy 441 a few miles outside of Milledgeville. Restaurants and fast food places were within easy driving distance. GPS pinpointed the house precisely. Even though we were there during a holiday week, boat traffic and neighbors were not an issue. Keyless entrys were a plus. No worries of having to keep up with a key. Covered parking was available. Check in was a breeze. We only noted a few concerns. The home is only accessible by steps. The front doorway was the easiest to navigate, but the pathway to it was paved with uneven flagstone, making it difficult to traverse with a cane or rollator. The stairs to the deck doorway and the side door were quite a challenge. The woodwork and yards were in need of some TLC. Several boards needed replacing on the decks and were in need of paint. The front door yard area needed additional lighting. Between the flagstone path and the darkness, it was very problematic for us.

More than exceeds all other places we have stayed on the lake in the past 5 years we have been coming. Location is close to town and not far from either of the 2 local boat ramps as well as marine/gas stations on water. Plenty of things for our young kids to do with sets of steps to make it easier to get in and out of lake for the youngest baby. Most amazing dock, great for all ages. The home itself was perfect fully stocked and very well taken care of, we will for sure be back in the summer months!
