Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire home, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.



Check-in is self-service via keypad code, with your own private entrance through a separate street. Free on-site parking is available (1 spot, first come first served), with additional free street parking and paid off-site parking options nearby.

Ocean Park itself is very walkable, especially for the beach and nearby dining — a car isn't essential for day-to-day, but comes in handy for exploring Condado or Old San Juan. For getting around, you have several easy options: rideshare apps like Uber, metered taxis, or a rental car (both free and paid parking options are available near the home).

Utilities & Weather in Ocean Park, San Juan, Puerto Rico



Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.

Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations or utility interruptions; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
